Overview

Turrino wheels make custom wheels and parts for a variety of beautiful and exotic cars. From vintage F1 racers to Ferrari, Aston Martin, Bentley and all manner of road-going royalty. We were tasked with reinvigorating their web and social channels . To do this we created new animations featuring custom 3D built models of their actual wheels – we also filmed at their incredible workshop capturing the love and effort that goes into every single part of their process.

 

Our key concept was to allow the audience to focus on the craftsmanship of the wheels by removing the vehicle completely.

 

We set out organic and paid social content plans on Facebook and Instagram and began to see a huge uptick in social activity.

The launch film featured a custom built 3D model of a Ferrari 250 GT wheel which Turrino had recently made.

The wheel was then sent around a virtual ‘Le Mans’ circuit, following each turn and bump in the road – the external track was then visible in the wheel’s reflection.

Because Turrino believe in absolute authenticity, the engine sound you can hear is a specially licensed piece of audio captured from an actual racing 250 GT.
