Outcome for Education - Charity Strategy
Overview
We were approached to look at the branding and strategy for an incredible new charity. Two inspirational business leaders from the UK wanted to improve the outcomes for young people in India. They knew that there was amazing talent ready to be trained, but they were also aware of the barriers like poverty, gender discrimination and societal pressures were huge.
In India there is an additional complication – there are more graduates than ever before, but the degrees they’re receiving are not delivering jobs. OFEs primary goial was not simply to educate people, but to get them high status, high paying tech jobs across the world. Education with a real world outcome
We went through a period of intense research and audience segmentation to better understand India’s unique investor landscape. This lead to us creating personas forĀ (UHNI, Generational Family Charitable Groups, Corporate and more) – we then created profiles of the educational leaders we would ned to attract to get buy-in at the ground level.
We created RTB messaging stacks, decks, films, and assets all designed to help young people in India achieve their full potential.
