When we began working with the brand it became apparent that whilst the beer was incredibly well known in its native Holland, it was suffering in most other territories. And that was because the brewery had neglected to tell the rest of the world what the Dutch already knew.

 

We set out a strategy approach, putting in place four new brand pillars as well as a RTB messaging heirarchy stack – once we had buy-in from the family we began creating global assets that supported the pillars of Heritage, Family, Location and Ingredients. These included brand guidelines with example adverts and explanations of how to use the pillars in films, social assets and web elements. We also created master films which were provided to the global market to back up their Reasons to Believe and to encourage B2B sales for distributors.

In India there is an additional complication – there are more graduates than ever before, but the degrees they’re receiving are not delivering jobs. OFEs primary goial was not simply to educate people, but to get them high status, high paying tech jobs across the world. Education with a real world outcome

 

We went through a period of intense research and audience segmentation to better understand India’s unique investor landscape. This lead to us creating personas for  (UHNI, Generational Family Charitable Groups, Corporate and more) – we then created profiles of the educational leaders we would ned to attract to get buy-in at the ground level.

 

We created RTB messaging stacks, decks, films, and assets all designed to help young people in India achieve their full potential.

Health and Safety compliance is important – it’s also something that nobody looks forward to. Nebosh wanted to create a new course – a short intro, available in multiple territories – that would help make H&S more accessible and less daunting.

 

We created a brand and identity – “Safety Simplified” – with messaging that directly addressed the main barriers to entry. We rolled out brand guidelines, films, press, OOH assets and presentation decks.

These were then rolled out across 130 territories with guidelines on how to amplify different elements of the messaging depending on in-territory brand reputation and media spend.
